"Host Pic. biz" offers free webhosting for images that can be hotlinked for messageboard signatures, ebay auction, websites, etc. No signup required (but optional for more image-hosting features). You have permission to hot-link clickable thumbnails anywhere you like, and hotlink full images on any message board or forum, as well as personal websites. Max filesize is 100 KB. Filetypes supported: JPG, GIF, SWF (Flash files) and PNG. Host Pic reserves the right to remove or replace any uploaded images that compromise the security of the server, or use excess bandwidth. Their server keeps images online at least 60 days. Use Hostpic for your ebay image hosting, forum image hosting, emails, and any free image hosting need that is clean and goes with their rules.

Hosting server loaded my hotlinked photo lightning fast. The file size limitation is 50 KB now (was 100 kb before). Also remotely hosted files are only stored now for 2 months (previously was hosted indefinitely).
