"Image Bay" is a free image hosting service which allows you to upload your images to their server for use on your ebay auctions and other online auction websites, message board signatures, avatars, your own website, etc. No image cropping or quality loss, and no image branding or watermarking. Promises 99.9% uptime guarantee. Pictures stay on server until deleted by you. Free registration is required. Limitations: Unmetered storage space; Unmetered image uploads; Unmetered bandwidth; Up to a 1 MB per image; Jpg, Jpeg, Gif, Png, Bmp, and Swf (Flash) images allowed.

Notified everyone that the service will be changing and said that we had until Aug. 20, 2004 to backup our files. The service was unavailable as was out images as of Aug. 9, 2004! The worst part is that they offered NO explanation for this or warning. I can't say that I'll be able to trust their new service once ( or IF ) it becomes available.

Great site. Unlimited space/bandwidth, 1mb image limit. I've never seen it down. It seems pretty fast too. Not bad features I can think of.
