"Image Venue" uses a multiple server network to provide free image hosting for bloggers, eBay sellers, message board users, and personal websites. No registration is required. Your images will be web hosted on a Linux powered dedicated server network. Hot linking thumbnails on a message board, personal webpage, or ebay auction is allowed, but direct linking large images is only allowed for paid premium members. Maximum file size is 3 MB. Unlimited bandwidth and unlimited storage period. Free web hosting for these file types allowed: jpeg, jpg. Hosted images not accessed for one year will be deleted from their dedicated server.

Limitation: you don't get permanent links to the images you upload, so you can not hotlink them from the site. (Thumbnails probably are permanent, but the full image URL rotates to new random directories on a timely schedule).
One thing this hosting DOES excel over much of the competition, though, is in its terms; as long as you don't upload illegal stuff or other criminally offensive data, the terms gives you much leeway as image content goes.

I don't understand why it has a resize option for large pictures, then tells me the picture is too big. If it resized it it would only be 600k. they can't even resize a 2255x3000 like they mention because there will be a file size error.

best free image host I have used so far! super great deal for hotlinking. I get 100GB of bandwidth for 8.95. Can not beat that! Easy to use interface as well. Best imagehost there is!

Very fast upload speed and the images always show fine. I also subscribed to their premium account and it is a great deal.

There is a common problem with this image hosting, as a free service, the images don't upload very well so if you notice that, you have the chance to re-upload the image, if not, your links will be a "not found web page". And there is not a easy way to change the password. if there is so, and that one ImageVenue assigned to you, sometimes doesn't works and you can't acces to the images again.

Many forums won't allow dynamic image urls, as provided by this free image host service. Also pics are displayed with many "adult" ads.
