"Picture Rack" gives free free image hosting with direct linking (hotlinking) allowed and no registration required, for use on message boards, online auctions, and other web sites. You can choose from the file extension gif, png, jpeg, jpg, bmp, and can upload a file up to a maximum of 256 KB in size. In order to manage your uploaded images you should use the optional free registration which will give you 20 mb storage space, 1000 mb data transfer, detailed stats for each picture, unlimited folders and subfolders, 1024 kb picture size, slideshow for each folder, and other benefits. If you are using the free upload feature without registration, the pictures which are not accessed for the last 30 days will be deleted.

The server was fairly slow, and the images come with a watermark. It is not bad really, but there are so many better free hosts. It is no wonder their Alexa rank is nil - obviously not a popular choice for free picture hosting services.

I don't mind the small watermark, it has a very good interface to upload and manage the photo gallery.

would be an excellent service save for the tacky watermark. This service also RENAMES uploaded images. Now if they watermarked the non-registration images in order to encourage free registration service I wouldn't have a problem with it. Just too annoying.

it's only good for those who dont mind a huge red and ugly watermark on their images. which is not for me.
