I had no problem uploading an image just now. I actually uploaded MANY images without a single problem recently.
The only problem is that the email@example.com e-mail address doesn't work. Messages sent to it come back with a "smtp;550 unknown user" error message.
That's not to say that this service is perfect. My only "problems" with the service are as follows.
1. There are no sorting options on the My Images page (registered users only). Currently the service only sorts (mostly) by Upload Date. We should be able to sort by Image (File Name), Size, and Upload Date.
2. You can only upload files one at a time. I think that for those of us who created accounts, we should be given the ability to do batch uploading. We could upload either through the browser via a zip file (all images in one zip) or via FTP.
3. There is no confirmation for deleting an image. I asked about this one over a year ago when I first signed up for the service and it still hasn't been added.
4. Thumbnails are of very poor quality (they're really compressed). Those of us who created imagehosting accounts should be given an option to choose the thumbnail compress setting/image quality.
Otherwise this service is great. I especially like that it doesn't change the file names of the images you upload (unless there already is an image with that name on their server).

The image thumbnails I got are really low quality. I did not like that, and no possibility to submit multiple images at the same time, but it's FREE! Thanks.

I have to admit that I don't have a lot of experience with image hosting services but this service is great. 1MB is a huge picture!
