Pros: have not been long with them but pages appear to load very fast. Clean pages with banner at top & bottom with no popups. Cons: no ftp uploading. Overall: if all you need is a simple no frills host this might be it.

You can upload 10 files at once. Banner top and bottom, plus text at bottom. Looks like a limited number of signups available.
