There is a Xpanel control panel - not much more than a file manager, where you can upload up to 5 files at a time, or click the mislabeled "WYSIWYG Edit" button to edit files online as text (HTML code). There is a 35 MB daily traffic limit. There is a 468x60 text Google-ad at the top of free pages. Not bad for very simple web sites in HTML only (no scripting though).

The free web hosting account confirmation email was sent instantly. You only have one hour to activate your account though, or have to redo the registration process. After clicking the email link, your account is set-up, and you are redirected to your free suddomain. The default page was a short HTML tutorial -- info on how to ftp your website and login to Xpanel panel would have been more useful. That info was sent in another email right after activation. The cpanel shows there is a 35 MB daily traffic limit in addition to the 1 GB monthly webtraffic limit. The freehosting account says it is set to expire in 10 years, but maybe that increases with time. The file manager did not work for me (I got a blank page; maybe you need to use Windows and IE), and also FTP did not work, so it seems there is no way to upload files at the moment -- pretty useless. 
[Note by webmaster: I contacted the free web hosting owner, and he fixed the problems within a short time. The file manager works now, and FTP connection was fast, and it gave the message, "You are user number 2 of 500 allowed".]
