The ATB Host activation was instant (after clicking the email verification). You can log in to x-panel from their home page (your sudomain is your username). There is a daily traffic limit of 1,000 MB (1 GB), in addition to the 30 GB/month limit. The xpanel file manager lets you upload 5 files at once. The webserver is fast, and there are currently no ads or banners (though they say ads may be added to the top of free pages later). PHP5 and MySQL 5 are working -- phpinfo shows it to be running Apache, PHP 5.1.6 (safe_mode on, and no GD library functions), and MySQL 5.0.27 on Linux server. The following list of filetypes (file extensions) are the only file types permitted on the free web space members sites: js, swf, au, snd, mid, midi, ram, wav, gif, jpg, wrl, vrml, css, html, htm, rtf, png, psd, ico, doc, php, sql. If the limitations are not a problem for your website, it seems to be a pretty good free PHP hosting server choice.
