Signup was very fast, almost instant after email verification. Cpanel has tons of icons, but many don't work for the free hosting accounts. Upload files to public_html folder. There are a couple Googlead banners placed at the top of the free web pages -- a 468x60 banner and a smaller "Get Firefox" button. PHP Version 4.4.1 and SSI tested okay. In your cpanel control panel you can setup email accounts, unlimited MySQL databases, and install dozens of scripts through Fantastico. The cpanel server status showed server load of 0.32 (2 cpus) - excellent!
