this is easy with ftp 
on other provider ftp doesnt work 
great provider .
30 mb webspace is enough.
500 mb bandwith is great.

horrible horrible host --- nothing to offer - slow speeds, and the classic
1 file upload at a time.
asp only.
they delete the files immidiately - routinely, and without double thinking it
took forever to get all my files up - then when I did, they did a routine cleaning of everything on the server - and killed it - allong with everyone elses.
not really a free server
lied about pop-up adds
no image hosting
the list goes on.........

Login and go to "Account Information: to see ftp info and your URL. Use Passive Transfer Mode for FTP. ASP tested fine. There is a code bank and forum. ODBC Manager is in the Control panel.
