I used their "Production Account" (not the free plan) for my hobby Java robot project for about 12 months, and I like this service. They are pretty supportive. I recommend this service for others who like to use Java server-side technology.

in FAQ:
"1. Q: My JVM is down. Why?
A: For Production or Developer Account, you can set up your server under 7x24 monitoring. If your server is under monitoring, your server will be never down. For Free Account, in order to save resource, we shutdown your Tomcat JVM at 4:00 am, 10:00 am, 4:00 pm, 10:00 pm(PST). If you are subscribing Free Account and testing your application, you just restart it, when it is down."
Also I was informed:
"Your account has been suspended. You account may be inactive for more than 5 days. or you may exceed 15 days trial time."

I would say that the service is very good. 50Mb of free web space, tomcat support for your JSP/servlets and also the advantage of being able to upload .war files (not EVERY SINGLE file.) on the other side, it is not very easy to use, but I suppose you are pretty expert, if you need jsp/servlets hosting, and the 5 days inactivity limitation is not such a problem, in my opinion: if it is for you, then go with a paid webhosting service.

They deleted my account after 5 days for inactivity. I dont think these people are serious about web hosting.

This is not the easiest service that I have tried. It is a 'do-it-yourself' setup. You have to upload a WAR file, etc. to setup your directory. The file manager is known as the File Browser. The download is very slow.
