This is a great site for having free hosting services! I have one with them and it is perfect! A message board is given to you if you take the time and ask them for one. Out of all the free-webhosts I've seen so far, this one is definitely the best, they don't even have any bandwidth limits! I've never seen their server down, it's always been running quickly and smoothly. You can even make your own custom package for your website!

The sign up process is straight forward. They promise to give you a bulletin board, hence the name Free Boards Hosting. But I did not get my own bulletin board.

Do not click on this link! Every page on their site opens persistant popups everywhere! [I see none.] Most of their advanced features require monthly fees or Google adds on your site.
