I have used this FREE webhost since it began. Like most free hosts, they learn as they go, just like we do. The first day I experienced the "File Type not supported" issue. I made out a support ticket, and the next day it was fixed for every file type I needed. They went down for quite a while each day as they fixed their various problems. It is been extremely fast for me ever since. They now have a support forum where the friendly support staff has answered questions and taken suggestions from everyone. They have responded very quickly, which you can see for yourself simply by looking into the forum. I would like to see more than one ftp connection allowed at a time, but even so, it still uploads very well. If you tried them in the beginning, give them another shot. I think you will be quite surprised. I am sure happy that I hung in there.

Well, I do not know about the previous comments about Fr33Host. To be fair, I find their free web space service quite good. I sent a support ticket and got a helpful reply. I also understand that it is a new service so, hey, cut them some slack.

This free host site only needs two words: TOTAL JUNK! There is no support. I agree with everything the previous reviewer said.

There is no point of contact for Fr33 Host (other than the abuse email address at the bottom of webpages)! There is no support! In a freeweb host, you do not expect much support, but at least there should be a point of contact: an e-mail address; a form or a phone number. The terms of service mention an email address: support@fr33host.net, but this address just bounces. They have no way you can communicate with them! Not even a FAQ page! Usually it is only shady websites who hide do not identify themselves. You have to wonder why they made themselves deliberately uncontactable.
I tried to upload a file to my free web site on their host, but got an error from their web server "553 FileType not allowed". They have no FAQ and no functioning published email address, so I can only upload html files.
