They have a list of pre-installed scripts, which is great. However, the file manager does not work properly and will not let you upload some types of files, so my site is still not setup yet because I can not upload additional modules for my Xoops script!

In my opinion, they disallow TOO many php functions, including fsockopen and many major functions needed for some standard programming. I found that forums will work OK though. They disallow .js files and many many other filetypes (a complete list would take a LOT of lines). The AD at the bottom is not annoying like some ads, and is just a small text ad. They have a decently fast server with plenty of webspace and bandwidth. It runs PHP5 (PHP 5.1.6) with safe_mode on. All in all, the host is not too bad, but definitely not the best in any way.
