The Free Home Pages inactivity limit does not seem to be enforced, which is good. It would be okay for free homepage hosting if not for the popups and ugly banner on your free webpages.

now they put banner at top of every page. but i like here.

pretty good, no adverts at top, puts banners at bottom of page only. is fast and seems always to work. It's where i put my homepage. hope this helps.

Filemanager has Ez-Web editor and allows upload of 5 or 10 files at once. There are multiple banners at bottom, but arranged very neatly - 1 468x60 and 3 small with some JavaScript code.
