The signup link gives error 403.

.pl and .cgi files not allowed. FTP-server was SLOW when I tried. It hardly worked at all.

Fast set up, quick servers, but don't support exe, zip or bin files.

easy to create a free website. no probs with ftp unlike many other free web hosts.

CGI-bin for free accounts is useless. You cannot upload files.cgi or.pl. They simply do not allow these files. PHP without free mysql-database? I think there are much better hosts at the moment who have free database.
"Your page should be in English, Italian, French, German languages". Why don't they use babelfish to translate?
