This site ("Friend Pages") is really good for a site with lots of photos. Not only do you get quite a lot of storage of photos, but you can even upload bitmaps. I found it worked really well for my personal site. The only thing i did not like was who you could only use colours as backgrounds instead of layouts and you cant use html.

This site is targeted at newbies that don't know anything. Editor wasn't very easy to use though. You can use html in a limited way, but are stuck with the frame and ads. Side links to other pages can be changed (I just deleted them on my sample page). Not recommended.
