All countries are not allowed to register for their freehosting. Your mailing address must be in Germany, England, Italy, Netherlands, or France, and your web site must be in the English language. If you qualify, it has instant activation of accounts. You get 255 MB free web space hosting with unlimited bandwidth. There is a banner placed on your free web pages. Their webhosting server has had some lengthy downtimes.

7 mb filesize limit and only browser upload. if you want an ftp-account, you must pay for it.

Good host! No FTP for free though, but nice 7mb file upload! Recommended for file hosting, which is what mine is being used for!
