This post-to-host free web space hosting forum (WebHostingCafe.com) was previously at host-4you.com. If you are willing to spend lots of time forum-posting to give them content, they offer 50 MB webspace and 4 GB/month bandwidth limit, control panel with Fantastico script installer, CGI/Perl, PHP, FTP access, POP3 Email, MySQL database, web site backup, and no file size limit (except your file storage space, which is not huge). They were down a couple days ago, but are back up now.

Positive - Good services, great support, nice community.
Negative - None.
I would recommend this host to those who stay active in forums for good hosting, (not for free space). I have been using this host for a while and it is great! This host is quite reliable with not much downtime, which makes this hosting service very fast. Great support in the forums; you will be answered within 48 hours by the admin himself or other members/moderators.
