I have just this very minute got this e-mail:
Dear Sir, We are sorry to inform you that Hostflo.net will no longer offer free hosting. Our free hosting is demanding lot of support from our tech guys. Free hosting clients are opening support tickets that we have to resolve. We will discontinue this free hosting in 5 days from now. You can signup for our $2.99 basic package if you want to host your sites with us. Once again, we are sorry to discontinue this service.

Well it is not a very good host, and about the rewiews above it dosent say that it is cpanel there.

It says it has CPanel but when you have signed-up there is no cpanel!

Very fast and easy account set up. FTP works fine, but I couldn't get to their cpanel. Also, they allow uploading of executables, bins, and zips, but no one can access them.
