In short summary, this "zero cost hosting" does not work at all. It took less than a minute from the time I started to register until I was uploading my free home page. The LayeredPanel controlpanel says you can have 3 MySQL users and 3 databases. However there is only one problem - a big one - the uploaded files and webpages can not be seen at their URL (only in the file manager). It is no surprise that no other subdomains of it are indexed in Google. It seems the Layered Panel script or something is not set up properly on their server.
