Got everything setup. The signup form didn't work but it only took a few emails. Very nice host, quick and easy, and try the link above for proof. Speed seems pretty good too.
This host definately should be #1.

Their signup didn't work for me, and still doesn't, but I emailed the admin and he promptly responded and hooked up my account. He was helpful, friendly, and quick.

The only downside to this service is it seems to be up and down quite a bit. Hopefully that will clear up.

This is definately the best host on the free domain list that I could find.
