It is a really good host, and every question is replied by an admin immediately. Sometimes it works a bit slowly, but I think this host is okay.

This site is really great! At first I thought it was going to be like all the others that did not work right, but this was the best free web space hoster so far!

I have been trying different freehosts, and finally joolo was the one that met my requirements. I particularly like that the ftp, sql, and web access is all reasonably fast, something that a lot of hosts fail miserably in. Also the cpanel is nice, and I have not seen any downtime yet. Quotas are 1GB space/ 10GB traffic, which suit me fine. The only thing I regret is the lack of a joolo forum where users can share experiences.

Their web hosting plan comparison table inaccurately claims the freehosting plan is advert-free hosting with PHP4, but in fact there is a button link to their web site at the bottom of free webpages which is aligned to the right corner (so is not very noticeable), and it has PHP5 (PHP 5 version 5.1.6). You can have 10 MySQL databases, but only 1 MySQL user. Their homepage has one of the better website designs for LayeredPanel freehosts. The control panel has 1-click installers that auto-install several popular scripts:
