Their free webhosting service seems to have been intended as a limited time offer. Also soon after they launched they had to shut down registrations because they could not handle the traffic. Then a few hours after they opened for business again, they went down. Currently (10/01) their signup page is still down, and other parts of their website are not functioning.

It does not look it will stay free. The signup form says it is £15/year, but when you enter "LWS" in the coupon form and validate it, the cost will then show to be $0 (at least for the first year).
