They've had some changes. They allow to upload up to 10 files at a time, your url will look something like this
http://mesti.com/homepage/members/space/username/
And they no longer support PHP, html only, but they do give you 50 megs, not 5.

You can upload 4 files at once. SSI and PHP Version 4.3.2 work, and no ads yet, although your site is in a frame. Your url looks like http://web.mesti.com/you/
