I would of agreed on a 10 but they went and deleted all the accounts and now you can't upload .zips,.exes,.phps,.rars. it is useless now unless your site is gonna be alot of html files. you can't upload images either so what is the point in having php support if you can't upload php files? the only files it lets you upload are .htmls and .txts. they used to be great but now they are worse than the whole lycos network.... waaaah and i thought i had myself a decent host.

NeoHosting has resolved most of the problems. They now support PHP, ASP, and a few others. The only downside is that they don't give a MySQL database. But in my opinion, the unlimited webspace/bandwidth matched with no ads deserves a 10.

This host is great for the fact of the unlimited bandwidth and unlimited space, but everything else that they say they host is currently unavailable, like PHP, and MySQL databases will be addded in the near future, they just need donations to speed that process up.
Also, the only form of uploading right now is browser only, they are currently working on a FTP version of uploading. Also all URls are http://fh.hiyacorp.com/neohosting/username, was formerly http://members.elitehosting.com/username.
Other than that, they are a great host that has no ad banners of any sort, i.e. pop-under, pop-up, text frame, frame, banner-top, banner-bottom, text link, etc. This host gets a perfect 10.

great webhosting..unlimited space and bandwidth...no force ads...seriously..never seen such a great free hosting like this..try it...pretty cool..except they only have browser upload.
