This Russian free web hosting site is the one of the the best freewebhosting sites in the world, I think, espeically if you live in Russia.

I have been using this webhost for a while now (maybe two years), and would highly recommend it. You get free email, and the webpages load relatively quickly. The only problem I have with this host is that their server is down quite often, though that hasn't happened for a while since they changed servers. There are no forced ads on your web site if you use this host, which I consider a great aspect, especially since it's free.
