Good free host services, and ftp works good for me, but the free web space provided for file storage is little. But it has no adds and does not cost anything.

Great Portuguese service! unfortunately ftp services only work if you have Sapo as your ISP. Otherwise, you can use their webservices to manage your files.

I haven't been able to signup with this host. You need to provide your postal code (ZIP code) otherwise they won't let you continue with the signup process. Anyway, when you come up with a "valid" zip code, it takes forever to finally show a "page is not available" message.

I think they track your connection to match your location with the zip code you provided, in order to confirm that you really are from Portugal.
