The main good point is that there are no pop-ups, here like my old web host, but in recent times, they have been down due to a server switch. In recent days, I have not been able to upload files of any type, even your typical html, and jpegs/gifs. I posted about this in their forum, and the administrators have not offered one iota of explanation, assurance, or a time estimate.
Their home page now says, "Recently, the website has changed hands of ownership and has experienced a few problems moving to a new server."

Great free webhosting, but it has been often down for one reason or another. It was recently down for 3 days due to server relocation.

All my uploaded images came up as text files. The support boards did not recgonize my user name, so they were useless. I gave it a rating of six because it is fast to upload files (although nothing works) and the URL is easy to remember.

I just signed up for free web space hosting today (after being dissapointed with my other free host), and the account manager was very easy to use, and I uploaded my entire site very quickly (since I could upload multiple files at once). So far my web site has been loading very quickly too.
