Actually this is a quite good host. Below is just a clear table about its goods and bads.

Goods:
- Every file type allowed (this is very unique on free hosts - the best reason I love this host)
- Unlimited bandwidth (very handy)
- Good uptime record
- 10mb MySQL database with PHPmyAdmin (10mb is large enough size )

Bads:
- Ads on top of your website (I can live with that)
- Full screen ad (you can not click anywhere and wait till ad will go away. If you are a Firefox user, you do not have the ad).

I think this is a fairly good host, they offer 50mb, MYSQL and Php and they have sort of a PhpMyAdmin. The whole site is in Dutch though other languages can be used as well. In the 3 years I've been using this host they haven't been down and the ftp is fast and they're reliable. The only negative thing I can say about them is that they have ads, but you can always use an ad-killer and it's only on one page.

Con:
- slow ftp
- frame-add, if you're unlucky, you get a screen full of adds
- limited support

Pro:
- reasonable good uptime
- phpMyAdmin

Absolutely NOT recommended if you plan to use a CMS, but it's fine for other sites.

Down like 50% of the time. Slow ftp upload. MySQL Database seems to break from time to time.
