This host is both good and bad..
They have all features you'll ever want, BUT they have too much ads (since a month ago they also have frame ads).
They problem is you have to speak swedish to really find they features you want.. (i'm swedish, so i know..)
They are VERY slow on parsing PHP in Swedish evening..

This host is not really free, yes it has a free account, but with that you can just add stuff to your page with their inbuilt program. No upload!!! :(
I say this stinks!

I couldn't sign up here because the site activation URL I got on my mail didn't work.
The server speed is no problem.
The forced advertisment here are quite annoying (a big blue thing with a normal 468x60 banner) because it overlaps your site. This ad shrinks into a small blue bar on the top of your site after a while. There's also a java applet in the forced ads which makes the java plugin load, and that takes a while, especially on non-IE browsers.
I would recommend this host as long as you use some HTML or JavaScript code (haven't tested this as I coludn't sign up) to remove the ads and as long as you can sign up.
