This is better than their previous free web hosting attempt. PHP Version 4.3.8 works. Zpanel looks nice, but is a cpanel wannabe. has 5 Mysql databases, and 100 MB email account. Great so far -- I hope it lasts longer than last time.

This site is very new - I think I was the first to sign up. The website claims to have FTP, adv & basic browser editors, SSL, and CGI, but there is no documentation yet as how to use those, if they really support those. The webhost also claimed to offer a subdomain, but is /you. The site is very ugly and plain, but at least it has PHP version 4.2.1, SSI, and no ads (yet). The browser upload can select 5 at a time, and was fairly fast. It has instant activation.
