When I started with this host, I thought it was really great. They gave very generous free space and bandwidth, and their features were really great too. I have only been with them for 2 days. Most of it has been downtime, or incredibly slow loading.
[1-19 - their website is down now, and only says "We Come Back Soon".]

Well, the site has all that it takes, but man, the web server downtimes are killing me. Their webhosting is down at the moment. Also they just a made a new rule that your own ads are not allowed. 
Update 2006-1-6: Their website is back up, and the homepage says, "Our server was temporarily down; the central server in Amsterdam (Holland) was down. Our excuses for the discomfort."

Nice, fast server, and it supplies the needed things to make a nice forum, database, and other php thingies.  Good free php web hosting service.

I have just signed in, and, man, they are very good. You get 1 gigabtyte of free space and lots of free scripts like online counter, visitors counter, etc., and also these features:
one email account
MySQL data bases
5 FTP accounts
PHP Version: 5.1.4
MySQL Version: 5.0.26-community-nt
Server Software: Apache/2.2.3 (Win32) PHP/5.1.4
well so far I am satisfied with it.

They have 4 freehosting plans, but their freewebspace registration page says their signup is temporarily closed now. They just got listed.
