Q:What are the host's positive and negative aspects?
A:One of very few genuinely free web hosting providers that supports JSP. Intended as a free web space for developers to practice JSP and develop sample applications... however the site no longer supports JDBC database access, even to a database on another server such as freeSQL.org. This makes it only marginally useful as a developer space.
Q:Would you recommend this free host?
A:To those looking for a space to learn JSP and XML without setting up their own server, yes. To anyone else, no.

A:About 1 year
Q:Has this host been reliable (approximate % downtime if known)?
A:JSP web services have been very reliable, but when database access disappeared several months ago it took them many weeks to get around to telling anyone the service had been removed, and would not be restored in the near future.
Q:Is the host fast or slow?
A:Fast
Q:Is the host's support/features good or bad? Why?
A:Average. Most people using the service are developers, so the community discussion board is often a good place to ask questions and receive useful answers. If not, there isn't really anywhere else to go.
