"Free Photo Host (.net)" offers free online image and photo hosting, portfolios, auction image galleries, and slideshow creation, with auto-thumbnails. Hot-linking (direct linking) is allowed. You can upload 15 files at once by browser upload, and also create 360-degree spins. Signup is required, but with instant activation. Paid upgrades available. Limitations: Bandwidth limit 2500 MB/month; 500 MB storage space; No file size limit; File types allowed: JPG, PNG, GIF; Inactive images are deleted after 90 days, but active images are not deleted. Branding is added to uploaded pictures.

They would not send me the activation e-mail even though I tried it with e-mail services. And I resigtered for their forums but they send a dead/no-working link for the activation key.
