HotlinkFiles.com is a free file hosting provider dedicated to providing reliable free filehosting with direct linking files allowed. You can upload, store, and hot-link videos, photos and pictures, music clips, audio files, and more (all filetypes allowed), and stream audio and video files for MySpace, Friendster, Xanga, blogs, and other websites. Registering is now required for uploading and hot-linking files. The free filehost registered accounts have a 50 MB maximum upload file size for all file extensions, and the anonymous uploader form allows a max file size of 5 MB, but only allows uploading and hotlinking images. You can upload a zip file of images to be unzipped on the web server so they can be hotlinked separately. Registration allows you to upload all other file types and easily manage and track all of your files stored on the host server. Registered members can also create hidden/private/public folders, and get 1000 MB file storage space and 8000 MB monthly bandwidth limit. Registered account users can delete files through the management system, but publicly uploaded images cannot be deleted by users. They will store the hosted files indefinitely (forever).

It failed to upload files despite several attempts. I am using a MAC, so maybe the problem is it does not support Safari browser (which would not affect most people).

Great site! It will accept other file formats which other webhosting sites would normally not. I just wish people will not abuse this one. Keep it up, guys.

This is just the greatest host ever! They offer hotlinking ability, infinite storage space, batch upload feature... No other file hosting service can compete with this, except in speed, because I think Hotlink files could have a bit faster upload/download speed. But still, I have not seen anything so good! I recommend this, really! I have used this so much and never been down once, and you get all the support you need!

Fine host. The only negative aspect was ads. Sometimes those were those dating ads that do not fit with the people I share my links with. Besides, it is fast. If you do not mind the inappropriate ads, this freehosting service is for you.

This site is incredible. They give 1GB worth of free space with direct linking, which is almost unheard of. The only downside I have found is that the homepage can take a while to load, with sparse downtimes. However, the files themselves could not load faster, and so far experiences no downtime. Two thumbs up.

This is without a doubt the best free file hosting I have ever seen. What you get for no charge is amazing. I just hope it does not change in the near future and we have to start paying for what we were already getting free. Some kind of account upgrade would be awesome. Their services are reliable, fast, and easy to use - perfect for bloggers and people making smaller free web-sites and need a great place to host files and hotlink directly to them. All I can say is I hope this site is around forever. It is simply one of the best I have ever used.
