We apologise for the unfortunate downtime you experienced.
This was due to an inefficiently setup server.
We have since hired some of the best in the field, and had them reconfigure the server far more effeciently.
And I have also personally increased the efficiency of the scripts by a factor of 4.
Barring an earthquake, we'll have seen the last of downtime ;)

It's excellent considering the features it boasts. However, this is the third time it's gone down in less than one month. It's down right now! I had to revise my auction listings twice and reload images as they were all lost the first time it went down. I will give it some more time and if it goes down for the fourth time I'll be looking for another and return here to rate is - WORST!
