Image Fiasco was a free image upload/hosting service which allows users to anonymous upload pictures free up to 2560 kb (2.5 mb) of these file types: GIF, JPG, PNG, BMP, ICO, TIF, TIFF, SWF (Flash files), ZIP (compressed archive of allowed image filetypes to be unzipped on their web server). There are no bandwidth restructions, and you can directlink the images (hot linking images is allowed on ebay auctions, forums, blogs, and other personal-use websites). There is a full-page ad immediately following the file upload which you need to skip to view the image links.

This free image host is horrible!  Every time I went on, it says "error 503 - this site is temporarily unavailable. The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later"! There is too much bandwidth and system resources (they just moved to a new web hosting server for this reason, but are still having the same problem). I had an image hosted there for my website. Every time I went to my blog, where the image was, it would always say the alternate text in case the html does not load, which said "this image is hosted by image fiasco." I do not want to see this! I want to see my image! I only saw my image load once out of almost 20 times! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND NOT RECOMMENDED.

The ant logo is cute, but the ads that cover your screen after the image upload are really extremely annoying, and you you have to click "skip ad" to get your download links. Direct linking images is permitted though, and the maximum filesize is larger than most free image hosts that allow hotlinking pics.
