This website offers free file hosting of images, docs, zips, music, video, and other file types. The download link given can be posted on other websites and message boards. No signup is required, but gives more features such as allowing password protection and file statistics. Limitations: Max file size 60 MB; File types allowed: all except bat, pl, cgi, js, exe, and php files. There is no bandwidth limit set. All hosted files with no downloads for 30 days will be deleted.

I needed a place to store standard RTF files and a few image files. I write fan fiction for chatboards and wanted to put the stuff out so that it is available to interested parties 24 hours per day. SaveFile is perfect for my needs. I post a link to each "Chapter" of my fan fiction on the Chatboard, and anyone interested can click on it to get a window for immediate downloading of the document in Rich Text Format (RTF). There's no need to post a bunch of lengthy text on the Chatboards, just a short note that the newest chapter is ready. I tried several other file hosting websites prior to SaveFile and NONE of them offered this kind of flexibility!

i posted my pic from this host one time ago in a message board, and then i visit it again and it came up with a different picture (worse it was an x-rated pic) i don't wanna get banned from the mb, so i switched to imageshack.us. i'm just telling the truth here.

maybe add a few more file types,like PSF, and other image editing program files. I do most of my editing on arcsoft photo impression 5.0 so maybe they could add that it would be better, but otherwise they are one of the best host services i've come across with a large amount of files you are allowed to use.
