Signup is required for the free image hosting. Direct linking allowed -- can be used on message boards sigs, online auctions, etc. Limitations: Disk space (storage): 350 MB; Bandwidth 5000; Maximum file size (per image): 3072 KB; Max folders: 50; Supported image file types: JPEG, PNG, GIF, and BMP compression; Images never expire.

I may be out of place commenting already as I've only been a member for about 45 minutes...:)...from what I've used so far...it's wonderful!!! the space is the best available, and it's quick enough for me! The support seems to work, the FAQ has good questions with simple and to-the-point answers that aren't too technical. I've already recommended it to my friends (The Account information page provides a referrer link so you are credited for the referrals, it just makes me feel better that I'm using their service and i was able to help THEM out in some way too).

I use xanga a lot and this site is perfect for uploading images to my entry's.... i really enjoy the resizing feature after you upload it because it saves a lot of space.. i've only been a member for one day so there are no negatives at the moment, as long as it stays free, it's perfect.

It's free, and allows you 350 MB of space. If you get other people to register, with you as a referier, you get another 2 MB (that's per person you get to register). There's a photo album option, again free, which helps you keep images oragnised, and would be good as a link from your site, rather then putting them all on your site as thumbnails. It allows hot linking free, and gives you the option to water mark. I have only just began to use it, so I'm not sure about downtime, but this site is difinately worth a try out.

This place is great they have even upped their MAX FOLDERS to 50 because the members asked for it, I also hear they will be soon increasing the max file uploads at one time to 10 which is easily going to make this the best value Image Hosting serice on the net. You dont get better than 100% FREE :)
