PhotoJerk is always good, stable server, fast speed, reliable, keeping original file names , but it seems the server was down for a while.

It is a pretty great site as far as images go, but I have had trouble uploading animated GIFS. they seem to lose their animation.

I have used this web site for nearly 2 years and have not had a major problem with it. It is fast and reliable server to use, and it handles all files well. Once I got used to their very user-friendly program, it just zips along and I've downloaded scores of photos in minutes. Thanks to the folks of photojerk for supplying this site.

Kudos! This is my second review regarding your hosting site and I must say that you folks are doing a great job. I have consistently used (since Dec. 2005) almost all the features you have offered for free and I am very impressed by the 99.9% up-time. I am equally impressed with the error-free image hosting that I as well as others have enjoyed; the click-to-no-ads on my images is especially sweet and prompted me to place a banner for your site on many of my web pages. Having been an internet user from the beginning (including use prior to its present format) I sincerely appreciate all your efforts and highly reccommend to everyone seeking an easy, practical and truely "user friendly" site to try PhotoJerk.

Although the basic image hosting features, such as simple picture uploading and hotlinking, work well, some of the features are still in beta and do not work right yet.
(1) You upload pics and try to view them and sometimes they don't even show... all you see is a SUBMIT button, and if you press that submit button, all your pictures will be deleted at once!
(2) in the beta uploader, there is an option to bulk upload pix into a photo album, but it DOESN'T work; they do not go into the photoalbum at all!
(3) when you upload pictures and then delete them, they don't dissapear! they STAY there, using up your account size, and you think they are still there, but when you go to see them you can't.
(4) if you CAN get an album to pop up correctly they are plagued with ads.
(5) there's no way to DELETE your account.
(6) you can't upload images with the same file names.
(7) a lof of times when uploading it doesn't upload at all; it just gives you a page with tons of error messages.
(8) at the top of the control panel it says "If your account is missing images please read this page", but the link gives error 404 (LOL).

I highly recommend Photojerk. Great host. More or less unlimited storage size and bandwidth. Convenient uploads of up to 50MB at a time in a zip file (or you can upload individual files if you really want to). Hotlinking allowed. Users can download your original quality photos in the original files (original name and EXIF info intact). I have used Photojerk for about a month. I have a LOT of photos on here, accessed through a JAlbum photo album hosted on another web site. I (and my guests) have never experienced server downtime with Photojerk. The only negative (if it really qualifies as a negative) is that it is obviously a small-time, unpolished operation. I have run into a few quirks that probably wouldn't crop up with a slicker host. But I did not care enough about any of these quirks to seek customer support, since they don't really affect what I need, and I still love Photojerk. For the price, who can complain?

The fastest image hoster I've seen in a while. I am so pleased with it I am barely off the site! Top stuff! 10/10!
