The File Hut offers free file hosting accounts with 250 megabytes of storage space (256,000 KB). There are no set limits on bandwidth usage. Hotlinking or direct linking is allowed for auctions, forum posting, and all other websites. There is a 2 MB file size limit. All file types are accepted except: php, php3, phtml, htaccess, cgi, pl, and exe files. Upload all your images, documents, audio/music, video, zip, rar, flash files, and more. It allows for the uploading of over 100 files simultaneously. The free file host is hosted on a fast and reliable dedicated Linux server, and running the Celerondude Uploader PHP script. Signing up is required.

I have been with TheFileHut since the beginging and let me tell you, would never go back to any of those other ones. can you believe i was with this one company (whose name will not be said) that actually displayed ads on top of your picture for 10 seconds before showing your pic. None of that garbage happens here. This is the best image, and file hosting service I have ever seen.

I love this host because it's easy, and retains the original filename. There aren't features like hit tracking or descriptions, which makes this a really good site if all you're interested in is flat hosting. I would definitely reccomend this free file host for webmasters who have to host their images separately for whatever reason.

I have been with thefilehut for about a week now and the host is very fast! there has never been any downtime on my account at all. overall this host has been great and I would highly recommend you use it!
