"Image Cave" provides free imagehosting, with image manipulation tools such as image resizing, conversion, rotate, compression, thumbnail and photo album generation. Direct linking and remote loading are allowed, so you can directly link any of your photos, albums, thumbnails, or album lists on any website, such as eBay auction, Live Journal, Blogger.com, or anywhere you need to post pictures. Short URLs (usera.imagecave/you/). Signing up is required, and paid upgrades are available for more storage space and allowed bandwidth. It now features unlimited data transfer (unlimited bandwidth), 10 MB image storage. BMP, JPG, PNG, GIF support. Free accounts are limited to 250 KB GIF or 1 MB JPG image files. JPG images over 250 KB will be compressed, BMP images will be converted to JPG files, and larger images will be rejected.

This site is really nice and convienient, and I like the fact that you can upload lots of images and not worry about the images going bad. Also, I like the fact that you can have a choice to reduce the sizes of your images or not, because some other image hosting sites automatically optimize pictures, which gets on my nerves. I would recommend this web site totally, and it is so convienient and reliable. But one bad part is that you have to press a link to get to the image hosting part, instead of just showing the thing on the opening page. However, I really like the fact that you can upload multiple pictures at a time, instead of one at a time, and that they are saved until you delete them. Keep up the good work, imagecave!

I think that ImageCave is the best site around for free Image Hosting. There's lots of space you can use and it's very reliable. If someone asked me for an Image Hosting site, I would instantly say ImageCave.

very incosistent service right now. i can log in, but I am unable to display my photo album every time. i try and it says my acount is temporarily disabled. very dissapointing.
