"My Online Images" is an image hoster free of cost and free of commercial ads. They have both a registered account option and an instant anonymous upload option. Registered users can upload 38 files at once via browser uploading, and thumbnails are made automatically. Hotlinking is allowed, so can use on ebay auctions, message board, etc. Hosted videos and images can be made private or public for viewing in their online picture gallery. Account images can be resized, rotated, flipped, or cropped in the control panel. You also are able to create folders, and have the option of password protecting them. When you signup for a registered account, you are given a free subdomain of their website. Paid upgrade hosting plans available. Limitations: File size limit 12 MB; 50MB storage space; Bandwidth limit of 1.5 GB/month; Supports BMP, JPG, FLA (Macromedia Flash Authoring file), JPEG, SWF (Flash), PSD (Adobe PhotoShop), NEF, PNG, GIF, ZIP, RAR, TIFF, MOV, AVI, MPEG, MPG, WMV. They also allow zip extraction of files on their webserver.

It's so hard to find free, good image hosting (including hotlinking) these days. And MyOnlineImages is by far the best. Including 4 MB of free space, and only $1 dollar or so / month if you want to have more space! It's REALLY good, everyone should try it. Btw, it's really fast, reliable and it includes nearly everything users thought of.

A bit confusing to use at first, but has nice features. If you choose a signup name over 15 characters, you are logged in for that session, but you cannot sign in again. :(
