"My File Hut" is a free file web hosting site on 3 dedicated linux servers. With the free file hosting account you get 250 megabytes of storage and 10 GB/month limit on bandwidth. Hotlinking or direct linking is allowed for auctions, forum posting, and other websites (free MP3 streaming enabled). There is a 50mb file size limit. Upload all your images, documents, music, video, audio, zip, rar, flash files, and more. All file types are accepted. Registration (free) is required, and there is a 30-day inactivity limit. The free file webhosting is powered by a custom version of the Uploader Celeron Dude script (has several unique mods). "MyFileHut tries to maintain a 99% server uptime, but makes no claims of reliability in serving or web hosting."

This is awesome free file storage and as long as you dont use "adult" content there is no banners required and 5MB file size limit, but once they are done with their site it will be 20.

Its a really nice service for sharing and storing files. But there should be more publicity done for increase in users.

i loved the free site ALSO with 250 mb, myfilecabin.com
now, when i log into a site i've been using with complete success and satisfaction (see my review under "myfilecabin.com")--- i get 'THIS' site, and all my files are gone, it doesn't recognize me as a register user, and i received no notification that anything was about to occur. today, i sent "THE VERY EMAIL FROM 'MYFILECABIN.COM' to show that "yes", i am a member...no response.
i think it reprehensible that one site would "upgrade" by merging with another site on another server without any notification to its current users. TRY IT: IN YOUR BROWSER BAR, TYPE MYFILECABIN.COM AND YOU GET "THIS" SITE. WHAT'S GOING ON???? [It is the same owner; both sites are on the same server.] I DON'T TRUST THIS SITE ONE BIT.....NOR THE OTHER ONE. JUST MORE OF THE "IF IT LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE"...IT IS.

The hosting website was down a while as it was moved to a new dedicated server - 3 computer clusts with over a terabyte of HDD space.

This is so good. not only pictures, i put in videos! lol my own short hilarious films on! 1000kb only. its like even better than people posting on .bitmap files. which are like 2000kb. great place! i love it!
