Photo Bucket is a free image hosting company for ebay, online auctions, classifieds, message boards, blogs, live journals, and online photo albums. You can easily upload, categorize, add titles and delete images as needed. Direct linking is allowed, and there are tutorials for directlinking images on eBay auctions, MySpace, and Xanga. You can upload up to 20 pictures at once. Photos larger than 1 MB are automatically scaled down. Their BucketStamp is a dynamic imaging tool for you to share multiple images in a single link combined with some interesting animation, a form of photo gallery for your pictures. Limitations: 1 GB storage space; 25 GB/month bandwidth; 1MB (1024KB) file size limit; Extensions allowed: .jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .swf (Flash files); Images must not contain any weird characters (numbers and letters only). The uploader converts bmp and tif to jpg. You can view the most recently uploaded pictures. Users in the UK have the ability to take any of their images or photos and publish to their mobile phone. You can optionally upload images via a regular email address. Also now features free video hosting -- users can upload, share, and publish video clips free up to 3 minutes long and 100 MB filesize (5 minutes in length if you are a premium user). Now serves over 500 million images a day. Photobucket has partnered with FilmLoop to make it easy for users to instantly create their own photo "loops" from existing image albums by simply clicking on the "Loop It!" button/icon in their photoalbum. FilmLoop is a free photo broadcasting ("photocasting") network/application that lets you broadcast photo "loops" to all your friends and family, displaying the photos in a "loop" on your computer.

While I am new I have found Photobucket to be extremely pleasing for my photo needs. I will not only end up buying a yearly membership at next chance but also recommend them to anyone that needs photos hosted. I really liked the fact that captions could be added to the photos because we could present a more humorous look at our humble beginnings. I also like that we are not limited to only one album in the account. As a Micronation -- these are not all just personal pictures, and many more will be added over time, so to have a place for all of them and the ability to Organize them is most helpful.

I enjoy looking at pictures on the site, but my friend who owns an album cannot find a way to send me a link to the whole album. I tried looking up her username, but the site merely asks me to sign in. I don't know how to access the entire album.

Not sure how long I have been with photobucket but I recommend the site to everyone. Never a problem - very helpful with ebay. This site is a valuable tool to my internet business. Love it!

I like Photobucket because is a user friendly but about the downtime and difficulties over and over again, I don't understand. It used to be a lot better but I guess it's all about the money now. The only thing they could say "SORRY WE HAD A TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY, IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN" and then the next week the same problems. So far I lost a lot of money with my listings. Don't recommend this site to anybody that has a business!

I liked it way better before because now you cant search pictures just albums! Before it was a 10; now im giving it a 2. They messed the search up! The icons pages rock though!

everytime i try to log in it wont let me. i have to do it like 15 million times and it still wont let and im using the same password and the same username.

Photobucket has got a nice interface and the multiple picture uploading is very nice. However, they have severe problems with their servers and very often the servers are down and so your blog or site looks like junk. I wish they'd do somethign about their dedicated server reliability!
