Limitations: File size limit 1.5 MB; File types allowed: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, tif, tiff, swf (Flash). Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

seems to work well, but login feature can be confusing if you don't read the additional info. (hint: when using the activation link with hotmail etc. do a copy/paste instead of clicking it, as the frame that some free e-mail providers slap at the top of the page seems to interfere.)

Excellent! ImageShack's new deletion feature for registered users now allows me to delete images that I no longer need! It even allows me to undelete images if I accidentally delete one that I needed!

I discovered image shack a few days ago after using a different image host for some time now, this host differs from others tho in the fact that it doesn't resize your images, which is more than great, I've also found when posting thier hosted images on forums they load more than fast so no annoying red X boxes, which is also a big plus. So far so good I am very pleased!

This site is perfect. I am using it for some while now and NO OTHER site offers the same easy to use and free of charge service. The speed is incredible + the images stay really put and don't get deleted after a month or so. I recommend this to everyone. Works great for forums!

I would not recommend it for copyrighted images (intellectual property) because you have no control over them once they're uploaded.
