Limitations: File size limit 1.5 MB; File types allowed: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, tif, tiff, swf (Flash). Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

Imageshack is one of the best things for people who need to upload images to come across. It allows users to keep track of their uploaded images easily, and hosts images larger than most hosts! I wouldn't be able to survive without Imageshack.us!
