Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

only their login features aren't that good (only cookie based, no possibility to log in as a different user and such)... except from that, excellent service, lot of very handy features, good fast hosting. excellent site!
