Photo Bucket is a free image hosting company for ebay, online auctions, classifieds, message boards, blogs, live journals, and online photo albums. You can easily upload, categorize, add titles and delete images as needed. Direct linking is allowed, and there are tutorials for directlinking images on eBay auctions, MySpace, and Xanga. You can upload up to 20 pictures at once. Photos larger than 1 MB are automatically scaled down. Their BucketStamp is a dynamic imaging tool for you to share multiple images in a single link combined with some interesting animation, a form of photo gallery for your pictures. Limitations: 1 GB storage space; 25 GB/month bandwidth; 1MB (1024KB) file size limit; Extensions allowed: .jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .swf (Flash files); Images must not contain any weird characters (numbers and letters only). The uploader converts bmp and tif to jpg. You can view the most recently uploaded pictures. Users in the UK have the ability to take any of their images or photos and publish to their mobile phone. You can optionally upload images via a regular email address. Also now features free video hosting -- users can upload, share, and publish video clips free up to 3 minutes long and 100 MB filesize (5 minutes in length if you are a premium user). Now serves over 500 million images a day. Photobucket has partnered with FilmLoop to make it easy for users to instantly create their own photo "loops" from existing image albums by simply clicking on the "Loop It!" button/icon in their photoalbum. FilmLoop is a free photo broadcasting ("photocasting") network/application that lets you broadcast photo "loops" to all your friends and family, displaying the photos in a "loop" on your computer.

Although not suited for mass merchants, Photobucket offers a service to smaller sellers on auction sites that just can not be beaten. The ability to scale pictures and having pre-prepared html tags for listings is time saving and very easy. The pay for use service is the most affordable and usable of any of the pic services. Compared even to premium pay services offered by ebay and Andale, this service is in a class by itself. Pictures load to auction listings seemlessly with the rest of the page and overall speed is excellent. In nearly a year of usage, I have only experienced two down times, and they were fixed before I could complain about it. Overall I doubt very much if there is any where that offers a better service for the money or if using the free service, nothing comes even close. I would not shift hosts even if there were a lower priced option as the flexibility offered with Photobucket has all but the most expensive beaten hands down. Use this service, it is exceptionally good.

It's very very original to make a photo album, But it's not always fun; some people don't want an photo album So try something else too. And wometimes when you host something it's very very little and small ?! I don't get why? I hosted a very big pic and it has it size and i posted a medium pic and it was small.

I love photobucket.com. I just wish the KB thing was much higher. It is very hard to find a good site to upload big programs.

It could be better because when I looked for my art that I just sent it wasn't there when it told it it was posted so I don't think it took it when it said it did. I think the pictures should come on the web site instantly!

I have used Photobucket since I started selling on ebay last year. Many people pay extra for SSB, InkFrog, and others, but none have the reliability of Photobucket.
